Great vid! Curious what problems you had with 1 o ring on dw300. I had fuel pressure issues on the dyno at high rpm, just changed to the 2 o rings, hopefully that fixes issue🤞🏾
Generally, "flex fuel upgrade" means you're getting the ethanol sensor so you know how much to blend" and then you're getting a map that can give you more power if you have more ethanol content. On the stock fuel system you're limited to like E20 blend (regular gas is E10). The fuel system upgrade is going to allow you to run more fuel in general whether you decide to do ethanol blend or not. However, with the upgraded fuel system you can run like up to E50 blend (more power), so if you've got access to E85 it's just an easy way to make a lot more power with the mods you've already done at this point (bolt ons, bigger turbo, fuel system upgrade). As I understand, you need larger injectors the more ethanol you want to run which is why you can't just run straight E85 (you need like 2000cc injectors which the stock ECU won't hanlde. Need motec for that. And the fuel system needs to be changed to I think direct port). If you didn't know, Ethanol has a higher octane rating than straight gas (like 110 octane) and it's $2.50/gallon, not $12. This is the reason gas has a 10% ethanol blend, to pump up the octane to 91 or 93.
The pigtail for the HPFP had a pin that wasn't seated. Found it and clicked it in. Then I had boost leaks to take care of and I didn't have the PRL flex fuel sensor hooked up to the plug by the radiator. Car is quick now.

After my install I get a code about HPFP spill valve malfunction and car wont rev past 3k :(
