The Variant Rick News anchors aren't a reference to those GI Joe Characters, they're the same versions of Rick 0716. Rick 0716 probably got through unscathed that face scarring accident that Rick B and C suffered through. Only reason I say that is because back on that Cronenberg World episode our Rick finds a dimension nearly identical to theirs but that version of Rick and Morty died after that explosion we saw. Those versions of Rick and Morty found the cure for that Cronenberg breakout while our (C137) Rick and Morty just fucked it all up.

But the C-137 Morty is not very Morty like. He is much closer to evil Morty than other Mortys. He is actually somewhat smart, understands Rick, and doesn't let Rick push him around that much.
We saw it in the S1 finale already, and so far in S3 it was hinting at it even more, especially in the Avengers ep and the last episode.

well if there are 3 different News Reporter Rick's from alternate versions of the same dimension, then that leads one to believe that although Hammer Morty "may" have died in that particular dimension then it's possible he is alive although injured in alternate dimensions.

Not to mention the fact that Rick's portal gun was hacked remotely by Evil Morty to frame Rick, so Evil Morty definitely knows the dimension C-137 Rick and Morty reside.

nope. the Council of Ricks takes C-137s gun and looks at it's history.
I don't believe that Kronenberg world exists in the C-137 universe. I base this off of episode 3.01 Rickshank Redemption. When Morty and Summer are in the Kronenberg world, Jerry destroys the portal gun which alerts the Citadel of Ricks. When they are about to freeze Morty and Summer, Morty yells "Hold your fire! I'm Morty C-137!!" to which two of the Ricks look at each other in bewilderment. Something terrible happened in C-137, possibly by Rick's own hands. And Rick then moved to the Universe we were introduced to in the Pilot. That Universe is unknown to us, as is the current Universe that our Rick and Morty live in. I think evil Morty could actually be Rick's original Morty, Morty C-137.
Rick has talked about skipping universes likes he's done it before so I think our Morty isn't his original Morty but he just plays it off like he is

So Evil Morty has been plotting to get revenge against our Rick and maybe this confrontation will even sour his relationship with his current Morty.

In our Rick's original dimension, he never left Beth and so was there with Morty as he grew up (evil Morty). For some reason, Rick left this dimension and went to another dimension where its original Rick has left Beth, or so the theory goes
The problem is that "our" Rick's dimension is clearly stated as c-137, he might have simply been around when Morty was a baby

My question is: why there are no other people than Ricks and Mortys in citadel?! Ricks would be totally fine with some slaves or something, and close to none would be fine with working in factory. There should be at least some women in there, Ricks (and Mortys too to be fair, at least some Jessicas should be present) do not like to live in celibate... At least there should be some robots to do physical labour. Any of Ricks in factory could fully automate it. And it does not even take genius to so, today we have means to do so. It's probably for plot, but it does not make sense anyway...

In the episode where they drop jerry off at daycare, Rick writes himself in as Rick c-137, but he leaves Jerry’s dimension blank. This was before he and morty swapped realities with their dead selves. Why doesn’t Rick know Jerry’s home dimension? That 8mplies he doesn’t know it for our morty either.
