Bushcraft Essentials Bushbox Ultralight as a Twig Stove

  • I've used this Bushcraft Essentials Bushbox Ultralight as a windshield for my Trangia and X-boil alcohol stoves, but never as a twig stove before. Let's have a go!

    Nice stand. Does it fit inside the kettle when disassembled?

      It does - just... The pot stand fits inside but protrudes out the top by just a few millimetres, so the lid of the kettle goes on but doesn't sit properly. A rubber band will hold it in place nicely though keeping everything inside. I can easily fit the X-boil system (stand and burner), a collapsable Sea to Summit mug (actually 2), a lighter, a bag of filter coffee enough for a pot of coffee (probably more), the GSI coffee filter and a 50ml bottle of fuel 👍
