My biggest concern is when you remove it back does it leave any scratch marks or small dent on the body of Macbook ?
It removes fairly easily, I havent gotten any scratches or dents.
Thank you for the video. What happens when you try to take off the case? I read that it’s difficult which I can understand but I also read that it scratches the MacBook and I saw pictures of the damages. Have you had that problem?
It’s very easy to take off , all you need to do is lift at one end and work your way around. I’ve taken it off multiple times and my aluminum frame is still in mint condition. I guess it really depends on if sand or something abrasive gets between the case and MacBook, maybe that’s what’s causing scratches?
What would you recommend if you want to use this in a soft sleeve
It covers the small hidden vents on the sides of the MacBook, I wonder if that will effect cooling substantially.

How is the weight on the screen? I got mine and took it off because I was scared it might damage the hinges. Is there anything to be concerned about after months of usage on the case? Would love to hear back from you. Thanks!
I’ve had mine on my Mac pro ever since I did this video. I will say it adds a little weight to the lid and makes it slightly easier for it to move if you have the whole computer tilted. But my lid with the cover on it will still stay in any position I put it without issue. I like the protection it provides from scratches if I happen to lay something on top of it or from picking up and putting down the computer on the table. I honestly don’t think you have anything to worry about like I said before I’ve had mine on my MacBook Pro ever since I’ve done the video and I’ve had absolutely zero issues, no overheating no sound problems just adds a little extra weight. Are the rubber or plastic feet "grippy"? Or will they slide easily on a hard surface.
they changed it to rubber, mine does since ordering it this week.

For me I’m afraid of it getting stolen. I mean it’s an over 2 grand device which is worrying for me since I’m gonna use it for college (I haven’t bought it yet) but maybe that’s just me being paranoid

It jus pops off, it’s only being held on by small pieces of plastic.

No case for the macbook will protect it from falls at all. Only scratches. I wish they would stop advertising drop proof. Lolol
You drop it once with or without a case and it's curtains. Lol
