- Johnny Depp's attorney, responding to efforts by Amber Heard's lawyers to get the defamation lawsuit thrown out, emphatically declared that Heard was the abuser in the courtroom, not Depp. The attorney argued that Heard made all of the defamatory statements at issue and that they've proven it has permanently harmed Depp. The attorney also went on to say that Heard filed a false restraining order alleging abuse and then scammed the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor out of $7 million in the divorce settlement.

If it was broke there was no evidence of her having a broken nose twenty four hours after the trauma.
Her nose would had had dressings on. It would need the dressings to be in situ for up to four weeks..

It's the difference between reading a teleprompter vs speaking on the fly. This likely took him(well, 2-3 2nd years) 5-6 hours to write...or actually probably more..in addition to another few 1st or 2nd year helping prepare it, research it, and then he spends a 6-7 hours going over it, rewording or adding to it....at least.

Throughout this whole trial, I have never wanted to hug someone as much as I have wanted to hug Johnny. I want to thank him for speaking out, and sharing his story.
There are so many men out there that have similar stories, who have been dragged through the mud by women who have said or implied that they were abused. Some men have even been jailed "abuse" and "domestic violence", especially when it is one person's word against another.
One part of being a feminist and wanting total equality between all people is THIS. She lied, manipulated, and abused him. She used him for her own personal gain, and then threw him away like he was trash. Any man that did that to his wife would be punished accordingly, and no one would bat an eye.
This is what feminists want. We want equal punishment for equal crimes, and equal say. Women are no lesser than men, and men are no lesser than women- so why are women given lesser sentences for committing the same crimes?
We want men to be able to come out and share their stories, and seek the justice they deserve. There are SO many men out there who have been abused and harmed by women, and are afraid to identify themselves due to backlash. Toxic masculinity has played into this, too. It's been commonly viewed as "immasculate" to be abused, or to share about your abuse. I pray that, by Johnny Depp sharing his story, battered men will feel empowered to share their stories.
How many male suicides can be attributed to abuse from spouses? I think alot of toxic women have pushed thousands of men to suicide? 10k men kill themselves every year in the UK. No body cares. The media certainly don't. Women don't tend to batter or use deadly force. They're weapons are emotional and social.

I personally think that her appearance has played a big role in how she is being interpreted by people. I can't remember the context, but even her lawyer told her to, "fix your face." I don't think he was referring to makeup. Many behaviors that appear narcissistic stem from insecurity. But Amber's don't. She comes òff as a true narcissist. Her looking down her nose at people rather than revealing a person unsure of themselves, plainly stems from her consideration of herself as better than most people!

But it's not that simple, maybe she even tried to hide her marks or a blue spot at that point.. Or witnesses could also protect JD 's interests just to name some things.. I think there is at least some truth to her allegations, but she isn't innocent either that we have seen. I just think she wouldn't flip out like that against Johnny if he was completely innocent, but even that is possible in theory. It's dangerous to make quick assumptions, like the public opinion very quickly turned against Amber before she even could say anything.

The nurse said she couldnt find any bumps on her head that AH told the nurse she had. Same for the Australia trip, supposedly Johnny beat her up, yet the house manager said she had no marks on her.
