    Timely video today. Played my 1st Men's Senior Baseball game yesterday after a very long absence from baseball. Both shoulders are in pain. I will work on this tonight. I'm not totally sure what I did to cause the pain. There was a head first slide and a dive after a baserunner. Either event could have caused some of the problem.

    Would be easier to see where you are placing the band if you were wearing a tank or something….
