These are all very good exercises and I do them already but I found that they didn’t work for me until I started to stretch out my pecs as I didn’t realise they were so tight. When I did this in combination that’s when I started to see real improvements.

Hi!! I have shouldere instability last few weeks and after I did he first exercise, it immediately helped a lot as it decreases the pain and popping sounds in my shoulder. Among all other videos here on youtube, this is the only one that helped a lot and thank you for that! I will now do these exercises on a regular basis to achieve full stability of my shoulder again. Again, THANKS A LOT FOR THIS VIDEO!!

Hooooly! thank you very much for the first exercise. So simple yet instantly effective in my case. I forced the shoulders down and back, something popped and the pain is gone like it was magic. I'll definitely keep doing these. Thanks again!

I'm also plagued by shoulder infringement. I thought it was just something people who are out of shape get, or from a sport injury. Thanks for these easy to do exercises.

I particularly liked your first exercise. You do a great job of explaining each exercise too.

Thank you for this awesome advice. I've been in so much pain. As soon as I did the exercises I felt immediate relief and even gained mobility.

Thanks for the video. I am a delivery driver, and spend half the day with my left arm on the windowsill. Your video is the first I have seen that explains how the impingement can be caused by the shoulder being in that position.
