    Obviously because the dumbbells are adjustable czcams.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 they are a little bulky for certain movements. The handles are decent and fairly comfortable. We really love that they saved space in our small home and that is primarily why we got them. We've had them for more than 6 months now and haven't had any problems at all. I definitely would avoid dropping them however as I don't think they're built to handle that.

    Hey I'm actually doing a workout you posted this year 🙂 So glad I saw this one. Folks don't underestimate this one b/c it's "only 10min" long. These ten minutes target the biceps, triceps & shoulders super effectively. I know I will feel this tomorrow. This is a very impressive, quick, muscle-targeted workout good for any time but especially for people short on time but still wanting a quality workout in a short window. Eleni ROCKS it again. Thank you!

    I appreciate this workout so much! 5 years ago I had surgery on my collarbone and due to financial reasons, (Dr also said it was fine) I never did any physical therapy. I’ve been scared to do any upper body exercises since then.. I decided to give this workout a try with a set of 5 pound dumbbells and I was able to do everything just fine.

    I did 3 ten minute weight videos of yours followed by your 40 minute high intensity fat burn all standing video. Excellent workout. But Eleni I have to say you are starting to get quite serious about your weight resistance routines, the newest ten minute one is a killer, I use 5lb & 8lb dumbbells, you inspired me to use my eights for moves I usually did with the five pound dumbbells. A great start to my day and fun to boot. 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🥰. Thank you!!!!

    Giving much appreciation to this workout. Did this with a set of 20lbs dumbbells and my god were my arms on fire 🔥 the burn felt mad fulfilling and motivated me so much 😝will 100% be doing this again 💯

    Hi Eleni. Great express toning workout. Would you consider doing a chest and back too? These shorter toning workouts are perfect for the summer. ❤ I also enjoy your cardio jump workouts. Currently alternating between the 10 min and the 20 min 2000 jumps. Would you consider a 15 min cardio jump in the future? Thank you for your hard work! 🥰

    I love this workout. I just had surgery of few weeks ago on my arm. So I have not been able to workout. This has so many great unique moves and I can slowly build back up my strength. Hopefully in the next few weeks I will be able to do it more than once through. Thank you for the amazing workouts you put on here. 💜

    Hello Hello, can you do a normal session with those kind of exercice only for arms, it would be so so nice, you could be a 15 min without weight and another 25 min with weight, it would be a great session, Thanks in advance ;-)

    Very nice set. However, instead of the music, I suggest you talk and explain how to position your body properly for each exercise-- it is easy to hit the muscle wrong and also get hurt.
