- Piers Morgan Uncensored is joined by broadcaster Trisha Goddard and author and professor of politics Matthew Goodwin to discuss Prince Harry's appearance in the UK's High Court today for his lawsuit against the Daily Mail for breach of privacy and unlawful gathering of information on himself and his family.
Piers quickly points out the hypocrisy in Harry's claims because of the release of his book 'Spare' and Netflix documentary. However Trisha and Matt are in agreement that due to the way Harry's life has played out, you can't help but feel sorry for him. They believe he is lost and this is not helped based on the people he has chosen to surround himself with. Piers adds that one of the people partly to blame for 'enabling' him is Meghan Markle.

I’m not British born, nor bred. Yet Harry and all his antics has truly broken my heart. I as an American, admired, adored, inspired, looked up to the Royal Family. Their sense of duty, their love and devotion to their family and people, and most importantly the Crown. Her Late Majesty, is someone I held in the highest esteem and loved her beyond words. So to watch Harry try to destroy a thousand year old institution, destroy the hard work of Her Late Majesty and others before her- shatters my soul. He was born into every luxury known to man yet acts like common gutter trash. As for his wife- I will not Acknowledge her. I loath her. If anyone should be suing anyone it’s the Royal family suing Harry and Megan for violating their privacy!

I think H & M are like serial killers. I like this show too, and I find Piers' opinions interesting, but I do wish he'd let his guests speak more. He asks them a question, and then keeps talking. If you're interviewing someone, your job is to keep the conversation going, not dominate it. I understand he gets emotional about his topic, but he'd already given his observations. I think Piers is intelligent, and can express himself well, and has the ability to cut through all the nonsense, which is why I watch this. Not a criticism, just a request, because both of these guests were terrific.

He stood up for his family and moved them from an extremely toxic situation to a life of peace and harmony that they wouldn't have had if they had stayed in the UK.

Anyone who has experienced tragedy will know you need time to heal. You need time for self reflection and someone to talk to. You don't go on tv. You don't go on a book tour. Life goes on, you can't play the victim indefinitely.
My dad died 25 years ago. His body was cremated and was to be sent to a funeral home in my area. It never showed up. My dad was in a box the size of a show box and UPS lost him. Our three day funeral leave with employers ended with no funeral. Guess what, with all the stress we could have gone through, my brother and I laughed. Get over things and deal with deaths by thinking of the good parts of lives. ❤
