Best way is boil 1kg grape in water for 15 mints add 1 kg sugar n cardamom 5 pcs star 3 pcs n keep it for cooling when its cooled add1 tspoon dry yeast keep it in cool place n stir once in a day for 4 days 5 th day you filter the recipe and keep clean har this easiest way

This not wine this is masal Koda. Who told you wine making by this method. Did you visit any winary . This only you following some other's video . Please never say it is wine . Did you drink good wine? And who told you adding spices in wine. Ok you can add chilli powder. Corriander ,turmeric also

Sorry madam I am not insulting you. Most of the malayali peoples are making this way . Any fruit or any vegetables you can put in sugar syrup with yeast , it will fermented and a sweet juce getting. We saying it is wine. !Wine is making from grape, different type grapes. Not putting sugar . From pure grape juice. So I told my comments. Some one put ilumpanpuli and sugar then making wine?. One kilo grape or one kilo any other fruit or veg keep5 one month ,then filter and say it is wine. Please this is how much danger this sugar for human body. But orginal wine is a limited quantity is very good for human body But this one is so harmful .
