Champion Aeropress Recipe by Mirror Coffee Roasters

With the Philippine Aeropress Champioships coming up, I think the algo of my CZcams feed purposely showed me the video of ‪@MirrorCoffeeRoasters‬ on their Champion Aeropress Recipe. So he joined the Canadian Comandante Championship 2023, and for the finals he used an Aeropress and this is the recipe that made him the champion. I hope I did it right because this is the first Aeropress recipe that I successfully made a really good coffee.

how fine is the grind supposed to be hahaha i just searched aeropress recipes and this popped up but i was already grinding my coffee at 23 clicks in my timemore c2 =))) will that work haha

For this specific recipe, they did 12clicks on the comandante which is around 10 or 11 for the c2. Maybe you should start from there and then adjust according to your preference.
