Hot Air Balloon Crash into power lines, minor injuries to the occupants.

According to authorities, a gust of wind sent the a hot air balloons into powerlines along US 63 in Rochester, MN on March 20th. Three occupants were in the basket of the balloon, which detatched after hitting the power lines. The basket and occupants fell 20-30 feet to the ground, two of which received minor injuries. The envelope of the balloon continued to rise and drift away due to the loss of weight and warm air inside.

I'm from Rochester. I have never seen a hot air balloon there before . I heard they survived . Luckily they weren't far from the ground.
