- Today we break all the rules and have a good time. Let's see what this Euro heli can do!
Edit: Definitely went off some bad info. That is NOT the Sears tower. It is the John Hancock Tower. MY BAD!
Also, I record all the music in my videos. Contact me if you'd like to purchase some music for your videos or just to have!

Snak Pak! Thank you for your support of the Brotallion Blue Skies Foundation! You are doing incredible things with your channel and we are grateful for your support.
"Think we can make it through there?"....."nope"....."Oh ye of little faith"
I actually crashed and ate shit on the first pass on the bridge…
Chicago is one of my favorite places to play around in. Between Meigs, Soldier Field, Wriggly Field to the north, and the skyscrapers on the river it’s a ton of fun. Tokyo is also great because nearly every building has a helipad on top.
Crazy good!
smooth as hell
Hopefully MFS2020 adds a supported version of the UH-60 (any variant). Nice flying!
There is a 60 work in progress available at flightsim.to. It's looking good so far but needs some work.
Nice!
awesome, keep 'em coming!
Amazing, how do you record VR flight as there is no ‘double eyes view’ thank you
Flying under a bridge was exactly how one of our Warrants got their ticket suspended
Lol, hence why this is being done in VR lol
Can yout tell us how accurate to the feeling of the real flying is your feeling in VR? 50%,70%?
Visually it's pretty spot on. But there are other sensory systems that are not at play in VR. Proprioceptive and vestibular senses can't really be replicated except in a full motion sim and even then, it's not the same. When I do cyclic climbs IRL, I can feel myself getting pressed into my seat from G forces. If I do a steep roll, my body can sense it even if I were in the clouds with no visual perception. But visually, these sims are like real life at times.
Could you please fly like this around LA in the Blackhawk in Aerofly please?
You should make a video on the most extreme maneuvers you would actually do or have done IRL. Like what kind of crazy stuff is really possible.
All the stuff in this video is possible. Just not legal or safe lol.
Awesome :-)
Thanks! Was it as.....explosive.....as you were hoping it would be?
@@SnakPakFlight LOL Always Exploding with Entertainment!
Have you ever done a video on aerobatics in a helicopter? Maybe in the RedBull Heli?
I nominate Snak Pak to join the Red Bull Virtual Heli Demo Team!
I accept this nomination. Where you at Red Bull??
1st time watching anything like this. Would you consider this chopper to be close to the size of a little bird?
A quick google search reveals that this aircraft has a rotor diameter roughly 6’ wider than an H-6 suggesting that it is slightly larger. Rotor diameter is usually a good judge of how large a helo is.
@@SnakPakFlight learned something new for the day. Thanks
The guy in the ...left..... seat looks WAY too calm
You mean the left? Don’t worry about him. He’s on molly…
It was my right from the sofa
How were you able to get this helicopter? Great flying!
flightsim.to
When you're in VR can you read the text on the aircraft panel clearly or is it blurred? What about the taxiway markers? Also can you link your hardware? Last thing those are some mad skills!
Depends on the VR goggle. He has the Reverb2 (I believe) which still has one of the best resolution. And I think he's rocking a 3090. But even with a 2080Ti, you get pretty good response times in Reverb2. Also, in VR everything is instantly easier. Easier to hover, to taxi, to fly etc. The lack of 3D on monitors really put you at a disadvantage because you can't "sense" where you are, and you do *NOT* have 3D spatial awareness. And no, you can't get it when using TraickIR
It's crystal clear on the Reverb. Still working on getting better quality recordings. I'll be doing a video on my setup soon. Just got some new toys courtesy of Thrustmaster. Need to do a bit of work first. But I have an RTX 3090ti and Intel 12900K, 32gb RAM
Nice! How accurate is MSFS with helicopter aerodynamics?
Pretty good I think! Hard to tell though. Never flown an H135 IRL but was trained on the H145. Seems pretty accurate to me. Key is to take things slow. I would never fly IRL like I"m flying in this video.
@@SnakPakFlight lol yeah I would hope not. I might check it out then. I'm a student pilot, I just want to get in there and dream of flying something bigger than an R22 🤣. But at the same time I was hoping for at least a little bit of realism!
Have you told us whether you have flight assists on or not?
@#$& NO!
@@SnakPakFlightlol, Don’t take it personal @mikegoldman9023 that’s the most military response ever! Well, other “Hoooah” or “Airborne”, which wouldn’t have worked in these circumstances
Thanks for the videos Chief! You definitely know your stuff!
That's not the sears tower - that is the john hancock tower
WUT?
Wonder if you have seen Bruce Leeroy's insane G-LYNX video. I would like to link it but I won't.
I don't have access to a PC that'll run MSFS at any kind of playable framerate at the moment. Could someone go check out this location and tell me what you see? 33.611968, -112.179637
This requires further investigation
@@SnakPakFlight They were built during the 1980's. I'm not sure how that made it past the permit stage.
There is literally nothing there but trees???
@@whiskeyjet1017 sorry, I was two degrees off. That's what happens when I try to switch between maps and CZcams to get the coordinates. Location is corrected.
@@GPOLICE it's actually Glendale, AZ. I'm interested in the pair of buildings located 50m to the West. Take a look in gmaps you'll find a pair of buildings that are shaped like a symbol of 1930s and 1940s Germany.
