      I agree: When we get "busted", we have a criminal record. That prevents us from any kind of employment, beyond minimum wage jobs. If a cop gets busted, HE should have a criminal record, and should not be able to find work beyond a minimum wage job! Fair is fair.

    Mandatory insurance for all cops. They pay any fines. Any retraining has to be paid by the cop personally, not the department, but the cop.

      A few western PA boroughs & townships contracted with the PA state troopers for sworn LE. In the 1990s, PA had the 2nd highest # of sworn 👮🏻‍♂️. Only Texas had more. 65% of the LE depts had fewer than 7 sworn officers. 🙄

    Disband your police force. Stop funding the bullies , tyrants and thugs. Have them sign an employment contract with the city, if they are accused of violating people rights, assault or falsely arrest that, the police officer is financially responsible. Not the city!!!!

    If a cop is fired it should be with prejudice. They should NEVER be able to work law enforcement again ANYWHERE in this country. Not even mall security, no matter what reason they were fired. No convicted criminal should be able to be a cop.

    Instead of making the tax payers pay for the officers screw ups . Make the officers personally liable the entire department . Including their families along with the mayor . Confiscate anything of monetary value freeze any and all bank accounts . See if doesn’t make the bs stop .
