A billboard collapsed in India's Mumbai due to a dust storm, killing several people and injuring others. The incident was reported from the Chheda Nagar Gymkhana area in Ghatkopar. When the billboard collapsed, an estimated 100 people were said to be trapped under the 100-foot-tall hoarding. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has termed the construction of the now collapsed billboard "illegal", with rescue operations underway.

Billboards should be banned across Mumbai. Falling billboards is rare but these ad agencies cut trees left right and centre when they block their billboards. Mumbai has so many billboards that it looks ugly

India had already carried out nuclear weapons testing in 1974 and had a nuclear arsenal, but that was under a different regime. Not sure why this bit was skipped to make it sound like India had conducted nuclear tests for the first time in 1998.
