  • Putin Expected to Remove Russia's Ban on Taliban | Vantage with Palki Sharma
Russian president Vladimir Putin is expected to remove his country's ban on the Taliban, possibly paving the way for its recognition by Moscow. Russia has also reportedly invited the Taliban to its much-hyped economic forum in St. Petersburg next month. Putin defended his decisions, calling the Taliban Afghanistan's "new reality". Russia was among the few countries that did not shut its embassy after the Taliban's takeover of Kabul. What does Putin stand to gain by recognising the regime in Kabul? How will the Taliban benefit from such a decision by Moscow? How will Russia's recognition of the Taliban regime affect the regional dynamics? Palki Sharma tells you.

Terrorists? That's absurd. You need to understand Taliban was seeking liberation from the US which they managed. Most of these countries in the West wish for such freedom but they just can't get it, America captured them

      Ezekiel 38
Russia will join China, together they will join Islamic countries ( cush ( sudan ) , put ( Libya) , persia( Iran) and many others . Gog and magog ( china and Russia come from the same descendants, Vladimir looks pretty Asian himself .
First they will Lie to themselves that they are allies , joint together by their hate for the west , but later on become one great nation ( together with meshek ( I think turkey) .
It is indeed a pleasure to watch the word of God play out in front of us , but let us also keep the world in prayer , and preach salvation. Be blessed, truly exciting times we are living in .
Pardon me for my long paragraph.😅

Exactly that’s the problem with the world I have met quite few afghans they look up to Indians as they believe India is their original neighbour not Pakistan they think they shouldn’t be a Pakistan.
Also the problem of Indian media with the Taliban could be just over religion nothing else as we know Taliban never created any treats to India also in current time there is no proper definition of terrorist everyone is using that word against people which they don’t share the same idea or prophets

Taliban are those who defeated Soviet Russia and USA NATO alliances, simply what brave means in true sense. Taliabn didnt invade any other country like USA did. SAlute to TAliban and their pure ISlamic Sharia system. Afghan women are fleeing the oppressive regime, when they were allowed into schools before Taliban takeover. It's not about poverty, it's about intent. India gave women equal constitutional rights in 1947 even when we were the poorest of the poor after centuries of colonization & invasions. Its not about poverty, it's about foresight of leaders.

I strongly encourage and support Russia's decision to recognize Afghanistan under the leadership of Taliban. I see this as a wise move which will open doors for the trade between Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, Russia and Europe. Belt and Road initiative by China could play a game changing role in the process. Also, This could well become a reason for security cooperation among the countries of all reigions mentioned above. In addition, this could be the first step towards the success of the Bricks.

Secondly, your opening statement is ridiculous. No one isolated Putin. Unless you are implying that 150+ countries don't matter and only the West that keep secretly buying things from Russia matter. And no country outside of the West has declared alliance with Ukraine.
I'm sorry but Palki this opening statement is a slavish one. Has india broken off relationship with Ukraine? You don't even regard India.
For crying out loud most countries are slowly establishing relationship with the Taliban seeing that they have come to stay. China is too.
Afghanistan has $1 TRILLION worth of lithium sitting in their soil. Nobody will disregard that.
Why act like Russia recognizing the Taliban means Putin has no ally.
