thanks for watching :~) #newbooktuber
I love this idea! Also hot for buildungsroman/coming of age, libraries and translations. And waittt I feel like maybe experimental form youre into, cause you dug Bonsai too! But maybe not experimental in context lol (which was the vibe I got from how you described that Patty Smith). Also DYING at "thats not my business" re: mysteries. Honestly, same 😂😂
would love to see your take on all these prompts!! i think you hit the nail on the head re: experimental, experimental form can be great but i definitely need realistic content 🤨 hahaha i’m no detective, it’s not my problem!!
i would love to hear more about the ereader!!
ahhh okay good to know!! i’ve had it on my list of ideas for a while but wasn’t sure if anyone would care. i’ll def film it soon!!
Cass is a hater and I love it.
🤭🤭🤭
yesss libraries will always be hot!! & i love your reason for westerns bc same LOL 🤠
the humongous cactus in my living room makes westerns automatically hot
🗣️ LIBRARIES ARE THE HOTTEST!!!!!
The Employees by Olga Ravn is a great literary fiction/sci fi blend and it’s wicked short, I would totally rec! I do have to say fantasy is hot, I’m reading the final book in the poppy war series and wowie is it good!
that one has been on my list for a while!! i enjoyed my work by her and def want to get to it soon!!
i love this video because i’m also a hater 💗💗💗💗 in all seriousness i’m very much like you and just being content with my darker, literary genres and don’t really care too much about other genres lol i also cant get into audiobooks for the life of me
hahaha i’m glad this was relatable for other people!! i was worried it would come off as harsh or negative but it’s all in good fun
HUH! Ok I need to know more about this e-reader.
i’m not sure when but i will be making the video about it soon!!
🔥 libraries & translations 🔥 - I am also so curious about the device compatible with everand! It’s too bad that I recently got a kindle :((
I have onyx boox nova 2 and it's super for everand
library and translation girlies unite ❤️🔥 i’ll definitely be making the ereader video at some point soon!
you simply saying “not hot” for u and moving on made me CACKLE! no explanation needed
no comment
I’m not an audiobook listener either which seems to be the minority on booktube but that’s fine! Love that for other readers obviously ❤😊❤😊
Also Annihilation is one of my favourite books! I hope you enjoy it 😊
yessss love it for other people!! i wish audio worked for me tbh. good to hear about annihilation - i really need to prioritize it in my tbr!!
peak reading is pairing the audiobook with the physical book 😤
i am INCAPABLE of doing this. i think it’s worse than just trying to listen to the audio straight up for me
I'm super impatient😂
being a hater? HOT x
knowing what you like? HOT
😎📚👍
thanks for tuning in!!
i love that you say every genre is not hot hahahah
me watching the footage to edit it and realizing that 🫣
I don't know if you are aware of this, because Bildungsroman is a German word, but it has nothing to do with Young Adult. It is literary fiction with a certain kind of story and narration. I think the English explanation in this tag doesn't really mirror what it is actually trying to describe. Maybe it is worth googling it.
interesting! i can’t remember what exactly i said in the video but i don’t necessarily associate it with YA as a genre, but just that time period in a character’s life where they’re coming of age
@@casskrug Maybe I got wrong what you said, that's also possible. I only noticed in several videos of this tag, that the English explanation is a bit misleading.
