    I am a cherry picker and my acceptance rate goes between 10-15% the most. Since two months ago I only see 5 orders per day, if it’s a good day. For sure they’re trying to get rid of cherry pickers, part timers and “independent contractors”. All the things they’re doing lately are rules that apply to an employee. They just want employees with the title of independent contractors. It’s really sad how things are changing, but they’re saying to all of us, take whatever I send you or you’re not going to see an order or be able to schedule. I’m not an employee, go somewhere else with your rules. Shame on you #doordash!

    • @tyharris9994
      @tyharris9994 Před 2 měsíci

      In DoorDash-speak words mean the opposite. If they call something a feature or a reward it means it's a scheme to coerce you into taking bad offers and to punish you for refusing. If they say something about improving the experience it means your experience is about to get worse. Political bills are similarly named . If Congress tries to pass something called the " For The People " bill it means they are trying to screw the people. If they pass the "anti-inflation Act" it means they are going to dump more spending into the economy to make inflation worse. ( both of these are real bill names ). Just remember to mentally substitute the opposite when a large corporation or a politician is using words.
