Mine smokes similarly on start up, I’ve been told it could be oil from the turbos or the vcg going out, just something to check on, clean car man welcome to the diesel bmw community :)
Bought my 2011 335d with 92k miles for $5000. Couple of issues: Quarter panel damage and bumper damage. Headlights / blinker out Tint is messed up Wheel speed sensors DEF issues (gonna delete soon) MAF sensor. Extremely happy with it, can’t wait for it to get tuned.
