I feel like companies could just sell cases for older iPhones with the MagSafe magnets in them. If I was a case manufacturing company, I would sell cases with the magnets in them since the wireless charging should theoretically work with them

It should work, just buy those "magsafe ring" magnets. I'm planning on doing that with my Flip 3 tbh lmao.
I use my battery pack to charge my Flip 3 anyways I wanna experiment & put the stickers on to see if it attaches magnetically. I'm honestly stoked about it arriving. Hope it works 😅

well i have a big question, Charging capacity is not affected by magnets?
some law of phisics is making problems on my head, does the electrons run normal when there is a magnetic field when they are being pulled through the circuit of copper coil of wireless charger? it runs normally? does your invention works same with magnets that without magnets?

Does the phone need to stick to the charger with a magnet for it to work? Can't you just place the phone on top of it? Does it matter if it's magnetized? Won't it still charge even if it's not stuck to it with magnets.
