My mom used to be rude AF like mamas and would curse me out any chance she would get. One day I just exploded and went off on her and told her never to use that type of language toward me. She never did it again. Someone needs to stand up to Mamas because she'll never learn that it's not okay to speak to adults that way.
My dad used to beat our a$$ and my little sister is 22 now last year my dad threatened to hit her and she stood up to him and he left her alone ever since and doesn’t even threaten

This situation reminds me of my grandma and grandpa. She was with him for 25 years and found out about his infidelities and other children. For a long time she remained angry and bitter with him. Til finally she learned to forgive him after years. & it’s crazy cause right as soon as she did, she found the man she’s with now and she’s so so happy. She’s literally thriving. & I really hope the same for Mama. May she heal, forgive and find true happiness and love. I notice the resentment that mama holds towards papa and how difficult it may be to forgive someone who betrayed her while she had a kid. This situation reminds me of my grandma and grandpa. She was with him for 25 years and found out about his infidelities and other children. For a long time she remained angry and bitter with him. Til finally she learned to forgive him after years. & it’s crazy cause right as soon as she did, she found the man she’s with now and she’s so so happy. She’s literally thriving. & I really hope the same for Mama. May she heal, forgive and find true happiness and love.

aw moe i pray that you and your family heals from these problems, especially because this is such a complicated situation. I notice the resentment that mama holds towards papa and how difficult it may be to forgive someone who betrayed her while she had a kid. She may continue to have this resentment because it also has ruined her self confidence for the rest of her life, like "why wasnt i good enough for him?" So mama is a little ruthless with her words but there is a deeper meaning on how she feels and why she takes it out on others.
Mama is quick to say yes because deep deep deep deep deep DEEP down inside she still loves him. Lol She’s resentful towards to him because she can’t forgive him for all he’s done. But now he’s back after so many years later under the same roof (kinda) she can’t help but want to hang out with him but as she’s with him she gets angry because she remembers it all. Her love for him is still there. He just crushed her and she doesn’t know how to let go, and that’s ok.
