Pixi Pass Patches...what a great reminder that the roads are for sharing.

  • @spenny24950361

I could do with one, as I finish work at 11pm and ride home. The number of people that fail to see you even with hi vis and lights beggars belief! LN1

  • @Steven-Sea_gull

Having had several close pass successful convictions i think this would be beneficial to my rides and maybe stop these Ne24 . Thanks for the chance to win Roy keep up the great content 👍

Hi Roy & Wendy, lovely to meet you both, nice to chat & hear first hand about your plans etc, once again a very enjoyable video, don’t forget to pack the ball gown Wendy, atb Colin & Dave (Newark),👍

  • @brianhowe8896

Thanks Roy. I’ll try those suggestions. I’ve contacted Nigel so there maybe some deterrent at least.

  • @chrisfilby9678

Thank you Roy and Wendy for your videos, and thank you Nigel for such a simple but much needed invention 👍. I often ride at the back on group rides a little way out from the kerb to try and ensure the rest of the group are passed safely. One of these on my back would be perfect not only as a warning, but also to highlight my outside edge as many winter cycling tops especially have a black back. DN17

I have a different branded tail bag and it has a rail it slides on. Great bit of kit. I also use the camera version of the Varia. I've had it 14 months i love the warnings ! I have been contemplating having a warning sticker...as i did not want to aggregate drivers. You had me with your comment " Prevention " so I will be getting one or two. Many thanks Roy and Wendy 👍👍

I like those saddle packs, I have a planet x version, but found it swings from side to side a bit, so got the stabiliser for it, to stop it swaying too much. The extra drink bottle spaces are very handy

Hi Roy and Wendy great video as always. I could do with one of those as I have to ride on lots of busy town/city roads before I get to any quieter country lanes. I'm always expressing close passes on every ride despite riding in hi Vis, always with decent lights, and with a Garmin varia rear radar. I'm curious to see if these would alter drivers' behaviour. Cheers. Postcode M29 Manchester

I like the idea of the pixi , drivers who pass too close are the ones in a rush with little or no consideration for cyclists.Thank you Roy and Wendy for your inspiring videos

  • @Ngamer834

I have a pass pixi and camera something I wouldn't have felt I needed at one time. Does make somewhat of a difference but some drivers still don't notice or don't care.

  • @matthewchapman6395

I sometimes use a Pass Pixi but I find some drivers won't pass when they can and others see it as a challenge. It works for most drivers I think and at least they can't say they weren't informed you are using a bicycle camera.

    @L4Y_SP  +1

    looks lovely

  • @MartinWoodman

What a great idea, the pixi, drawing attention to being filmed. I use a small Chilli handlebar camera and had several close passes resulting in the police warning the drivers and then going on a drivers awareness course. MK14 5AS. 👍🏼

  • @grahamcrighton8113

Passpixie sounds like a good idea thank you for the heads up regarding them. Out of interest Porsche was BMW Z4, apologies just being nerdy. Another good vid, thank you!

  • @natureseyemusic

I could do with a pass pixie. I have nearly ended up being squished against tunnel walls twice in the last few weeks - despite the fact that I was trying to take primary position - they still tried to get by me. I have a planetx torch on my helmet which looks like a GoPro so the pass pixie will hopefully make the drivers think. Where I live in Worcester we have two main roads dissected by the railway line. In order to get into town I am forced to ride through the tunnels as there are no cycle routes - it is really scary stuff! WR4.

  • @NeilLavitt

Looks like beautiful spring weather Roy. I have the image of that baboon now. Will you have a support car on your Edinburgh trip or just train it up and ride back.

  • @kevingaskin5084

Just ordered 2 passpix for me and my buddy 👍👍

  • @brookes79

Ho, id like a Pass Pixi, as a car just went past me so closely on Monday, that it totally spoilt my ride & made me feel anxious for the rest of my route. (All I could think about was that it was less than .5 meters, never mind 1.5m). M23

Good to see the two of you back online for March. Sorry to hear you both were battling a cold. Nice that you're recovering, sniffles and all. 😊
