Enjoyed watching Brent fly and the CG advice.
Glad to hear it Tug!!
It hooks it!
Great Demo and footage Johnny & Co.
Thank you Jono 😎👍😁!
Great video, always nice to see you still out there.😊
Hey there Tina!! Great to see you checking in my friend, I hope all is well with you and you're staying strong! Love my family from LFS6B 😎👍😁🇺🇸
That was Great!
Thank you my friend, good times!!
I certainly like to tinker with my models a little bit in hopes of making them a touch better. Good stuff my friend.
AirHammer out!!
Thanks Hammer, a little tinkering is always a good thing!!
Thank you
Yessir!
Great video, John. Brent gets the most out of that tiny Blackbird and it goes so fast! I don't know how you guys (and Adam below) keep up with them at those speeds. I noticed there was a bigger Blackbird on the flight line... I wonder how that flies by comparison 🤔
Thanks for the kind words Gina, it's a fast little plane for sure! The bigger one in the background will be featured in a later video; it's not nearly as fast. Cheers my friend 😁👍
I'm with Brent, the twin 40mm jets from HH fly great! I'm also with Brent on the Spitfire sound system. Sounds more like a bulldozer than a Merlin. Thanks for the kind words bro. We try. It's funny hearing Brent talk about realistic expectations with models, Lol. We are definitely in the minority there! Everybody else wants it to fly like a giant scale, be park flyer size, have every feature available, and cost $150. Lol. Pretty silly. Brent isn't alone on the hand launching woes either...I boned one and did the same thing! Mine is ugly but flying as well!
Thanks for the good words Adam, I think we're all cut from the same cloth! Yeah, that Spitfire was loud as all get out, and sounded horrible to boot! I'm even thinking about the F-14. Between the two, it's a bit more up my alley, the SR-71 never really did anything for me. BUT, man do those 40mm jets fly great! Thanks for checking in my brother, all the best to you and Heidi!
@@JustwingitRC Bro I LOVE my F-14. Great flyer.
Cool little bird. I think it's probably not for everyone but man did they do a great job 👍. As did you John! Slap landing 😂
Yessir! Slap landing...love it 😉😁👍
@@JustwingitRC I coined the phrase because I perfected the slap on landing 🤣
@@8poundquark Nice!
Well...thats what i get for saying how not to land it lololol. Thanks for the video!
HAH! Well, let's call it a demo on how it stalls! But seriously, dude, you were showing folks just how well that plane flies at altitude, and even a little heat too, so DENSITY altitude. That hand launch was text-book! Great job brother as always!!
A few pilots are also opening up the cheater vents below for more airflow.
Oh I'm sure they are! Thanks for checking in my friend!
For me it’s too small….. needs to be at least 90mm. Orientation at any distance is tuff. I would prefer something much bigger for my hangar
I hear you Paul, it's not for everyone. But for those who can see it, keep up with it, and fly it, it's an amazing little model with some pretty good zip! Thanks for checking in my friend!
I would only buy this beautiful bird if it was more scale and like the Banana Hobby B1 Bomber this is not really a good representation of a awesome bird in real life. Thanks for sharing but no Eflite and Horizon just wanted to sell a bird that isnt worth the money
There are many opinions about this little model, and I respect that it might not be up your alley as it were, but I also think Horizon at least tried to bring this iconic plane to the masses and it does fly pretty darn good for what it is. All the best to you my friend and thanks for checking in!
Its really ashamed that they put this out of a real awesome bird its kinda of a insult and HH is just not looking for innovation and design just putting out lame ass planes!! This is something that should of been done with alot of thought and design!!
