  • If you are looking to create a good BUILD in Wo Long Fallen Dynasty, then you need to know which class to upgrade. You can select from 5 different elements, water, earth, metal, wood, and fire. Each will increase your health and defense as you level up, but there are select differences between the five. For example, wood grants you the most health while earth grants you the most equipment or weight gain. So this is a quick guide on all the spells you can unlock and what each class can offer you.
    Wo Long Fallen Dynasty is a brand new souls-like game similar to the series Nioh. The developer's Team NINJA actually developed that game so we can assume this next one will be similar. You play as a nameless militia soldier who is thrown into the middle of a massive war. One side has the help of demons making your job a lot harder. Customize your build with various elements and spells. Use unique weapons such as swords, clubs, and bows. Take down enemy posts to gain Morale and increase your power. Join a friend or get help from complete strangers. Wo Long is very fast-paced and full of action.

    I finished this amazing game and I loved water, teleporting, increased speed, projectiles, deflections and invisibility, I enjoyed fire as well, that's more of your DMC type of class, melee combat, at the end I leveled them all of them up to 20 and water around 40, great game, I still have to play secondary missions and the DLC.

    The fire virtue increases the spirit u receive from dealing damage (or hust landing attacks on enemies in general, even if they are blocking). All of the classes increase th damage u do, it just depends on the scaling level of your weapon. For example, if your weapon scales A with fire, then yes, u will do more damage with more skill points put into fire.

    • @SheenShots
      @SheenShots  Před rokem +2

      Yes damage is based on scaling. Having a weapon with water scaling will mean you want to level water to raise that items damage. Fire on the other hand is the "damage" element. It is based around dealing the highest damage possible and rewarding you with more spirit to in tern deal more damage. Originally when the demo came out there was also a stat sheet that stated the fire element got 10% more of a damage increase overall. I can't seem to find that anymore.

    If it’s anything like their last game, you get a ton of value by applying multiple elements at a time.
    Don’t have my hands on the game yet, but my best bet would be to hyper focus 2 skill trees that synergize well together and dip into others as needed.

    • @kevinsims5791
      @kevinsims5791 Před rokem +2

      Im guessing that there are caps to where values become alot less at a certain point and so coninuing to invest in that elememt becomes less effective. So maybe investing in another at that point would be more effective.

    • @spartanvi3888
      @spartanvi3888 Před rokem +3

      This is the way. Especially considering how each of the elements have an elemental weakness and counter. This can make boss encounters much easier as you learn to identify the element the enemy uses. Personally, I wanted a caster build so I went with mostly metal and water. Water covers my Metal's weakness (Fire) and I have 10 pts in Wood for HP and to cover my Water's weakness (Earth).

    • @SheenShots

      I think yes the stats do affect element attack. I remember someone boosting water really high and destroying with spells. However your general damage goes up no matter what class you put points into. So spreading into several classes for specific spells can still work.
