    Wow, "Backup" is such an important topic, especially when it comes to outdoor adventures and family time. Have you considered the Segway Portable PowerStation Cube Series? It has a massive capacity, super fast recharging, and comprehensive protections. Plus, it's waterproof and can provide uninterrupted power supply. Definitely a reliable backup for all your outdoor gear and appliances!

    Does the 300 or 500 have the ability to plug in a smart dual fuel generator. I understand pros and cons between Blu and Eco, but the smart generator for Eco seems extremely useful for off grid home.

      @@mmtexasmm thank you for the heads up. I ended up jumping the gun a little soon, purchased the AC200Max off Amazon a few weeks ago when they offered a $100 coupon discount. For the last few days they’ve had an even bigger discount available. $300 off. So I reached out to Amazon, who reached out to Bluetti on my behalf in hopes to see what can be done for me to get that better price. I still can’t believe it. Bluetti refunded me the difference. The end result: I ended up receiving the $300 discount currently being offered. Insane lol

    Im a bit confused. I live in an RV fulltime. I want to use this as a "passthrough" UPS. Would i just plug my RV into the AC300/500 and plug my 30A shorpower into the charging side of the system? Does it work like that?

    Can I power an RV trailer with the AC300? Also, the AC300 unit itself isn't a battery?

    If the unit doesn't work without the external battery what's the purpose, why not just buy and all in one unit and not get ripped off?

    I just got my AC300 with 1 B300 battery. Turned it on and it showed like 67% charge as shipped from the factory (which is fine….). Then I plugged it into the house 110v power source to charge it.
    Within approx 10 seconds, it now shows 100%! What is going on with this unit???

    How long can this run a 12k btu air conditioner, a gaming PC, and 28 cubic ft fridge all at once? Thinking off grid cabin. Can you do a video and your suggestions for a solar panel kit that can overkill keep the batteries charged if this system is continuously being used. I'm talking 100 percent off grid set up and your price for such a system. Ty

      I have the ac300 and 1 b300 in my cabin with a 12k btu AC, 2 fridge, TV, playstation and lights running to see how long it would last. with no solar input. It ran 2 hours and 38 min. the AC suck the power right out of it!!! you'll need at least 1500w of solar panels to keep the battery percentage high enough to last the night with no worries about running out of power. I have 2000w of solar panels at my cabin, my family and I stay there for just over 3 mouths over the summer and used the backup generator to charge the batterie twice...... the girls use their hair dryer, straightener and some over price coffee machine that I'm not allowed to touch!!!! and more with no cares in the world day or nigh.

      A couple hours is about all you will get out of this unless you buy two heads and several $2,000. batteries.

    • @damonried1720

      If you are planning on running a 12k BTU air conditioner off grid, then your FIRST question is "How many watts of Solar Panels will I need?" If you can't supply enough solar to power your AC then you probably shouldn't use it.

    Here is a free piece of advice for your Bluetti (DONT THROW THE BOX OUT!) your going to need it! Shipping weight about 65lbs UPS shipping over $100 your cost - EVEN UNDER WARRANTY! Since nobody can fix it but them (Proprietary parts). Wait till the battery starts failing like a laptop, you know the meter says 95% - 5 hours left, and in 10 minutes it says 6% left charge battery or shut down. Me, Ill just put more gas in but not in near 10 minutes. How much will they charge you to replace that battery that didnt last as long as they said but its just outside the warranty period? You might as well buy a new unit, (If you havent learned your lesson) Ill just put a little fuel stabilizer in the gas, change the oil once a year maybe the air filter, possibly a spark plug every 10 years. It will probably run forever, if not - anybody local can fix it. Good luck with it

    Does anyone know the UL number for the AC500 and B300s?
    They say they have the following certification: UL, CEC, DOE, FCC CA Prop 65, but I can't find this information anywhere.
    An inspector is hassling me to provide the UL info for the Bluetti system before he passes my transfer switch installation.

      Hi there, we cannot speak for Bluetti's customer service as we are separate businesses. We sell their products but if you buy directly from them then you will have to deal with their customer service. If you buy from us, we provide warranties and lifetime customer support. I am very sorry for your frustration!

    TWO BIG differences you failed to mention and make a huge buying decision. 1. The fifty amp AC500 is not a true 50a RV connection. Yes the plug from a fifty amp RV cable will connect - BUT it is only one leg of what the RV needs! A normal RV pedestal 50a plug is two legs of 120v, each at 50a. The AC500 is only one 120v leg at 50a. 2. As an AC300 owner you should have mentioned how the supposed “compatible” B300 connection DOES NOT work with the AC500 using the B300S cable! If you want to use (as I have/do want to) the AC500 with your B300 banks then you need to purchase ($99-Indigogo campaign, or $129 after) the P150D to P090D battery cable (which is not available until Nov)! Now for the hard part! I want to see how you connect two AC500s to get the stated 50a and 240v output Bluetti claims. The only connection setup they show so far is using their Fusion box and the 30a output. Can’t wait to see your follow-up reviews. Thanks for sharing.

      @jonithanpilgrim5491 Před 9 měsíci

      Hi, I know this is a year own comment, but just curious if you do plug a 50 amp RV cable into the AC500's 50 amp outlet, will the RV electrical system be damaged by running on only one leg of 120v at 50a?

    • @jonithanpilgrim5491
      @jonithanpilgrim5491 Před 9 měsíci

      Theoretically even if only one leg of 120v 50a is available on the AC500's nema port, that is still 6000w of out put which is more than what the AC500 is capable of outputting. So again in theory if you're 50 amp RV doesn't have any 240 volt appliances then it should still be able to plug straight into the AC500 still be able to pull upwards of 5kw. This is all my speculation so correct me if im wrong.

    I cannot recommend Bluetti anymore. I would look at Ecoflo delta. Now three weeks plus following hurricane Ian and Max, the only person left in the company in customer service apparently, can’t communicate back with me. This used to be a great company …, they communicated well. All they do is send you an automated response which suggests they’re such a great company. They were.

    What are the ac300 and b300 over a month ago. Took a week and the ac300 showed up but the battery didn't and there wasn't a word regarding it missing. So now we have spent the last month contacting Amazon and bluefti trying to find out where our battery is. Nobody can tell us. We've gotten a couple of emails asking if we still want the battery which of course we reply yes we do and then a couple days later we get another email asking if we still want the battery. Apparently they have to contact China every time they want to tell them there's a problem and then it takes 2 days for China to respond but still nobody can give us a penis idea where the battery is or if we're ever going to get it. Any company can have a problem but it takes a good company to respond properly to it. This company is not showing itself to be a good company.

    I bought a new AC300+B300 combo in December and it arrived DOA. BLUETTI customer service is a joke. VERY unprofessional setup, the phone numbers on the website go to phones located who knows where and you can only get customer service via email. It's been a week and after calls every day and multiple emails, I am still trying to figure out how to return this thing. For all that the battery is able to be used separately for 12v charging, at this point I wish I bought an ECOFLOW unit instead.
