@@m3dakbar hmm, I never cooked that much fried rice so I'm not too sure but when I make one, I realize that the egg would absorb all the oil. Sometimes if I put the egg later, I would add a little bit more oil just so the rice won't be too dry. But, I don't know. Maybe we can use a little less oil too :)

What is the advantages of wok when comparing to frying pen? I think that having something to grab on is a lot easier. Cook here is taking small piece of textile in his hands while dealing with oil, wok and fire. what is the answer?
And one question. While i havent seen onion beeing fried. Does koreans didnt like it for breakfast fast eggs, with rice?

The fried rice has a egg flavor ! But in the middle of the egg taste, shrimps come up ! It is fun to have one bite of the food thanks to the ingredients! In the video they serve egg soup but in korea JjamBbong(짬뽕) soup is served more and JjamBbong soup goes better with the fried rice
