I am so insanely grateful I was born in the 21st century with cheap, steady access to all kinds of delicious food unlike 99.9% of humans in history who just eat what they could to survive. It's something we definitely shoud not give for granted

Looked like they put garlic, onion, soy sauce, msg, nutmeg, sage, ketchup, and strained beaten eggs with bread crumbs.
I find for traditional meat dishes, nutmeg really ties it together. Not much, but dang does it ever elevate savory meat dishes.
