We tried several times but she's really scared. My question here is, since she doesn't want to take a photo (Passport photo), can I use the last year photo that I used for DV-LOTTERY 2021???

The official online photo checker does not check everything, like for example if your photo was edited or if you have an old photo. It only checks size in Megabytes and inches size. I wonder how certain people get photo disqualified even when the online checker is green

A entered the lottery but towards the of the application wen I submitted they told entry in process but was never given a confirmation code and latter on it said I should check submission wen I did it said try again. It should be Oman. But if your parents were not residents of Oman at the time of your birth, for example they were only travelling to Oman for a short time, then you can choose Kenya (your parents' country of birth). However I would advise you to just choose Oman, because the acceptance rates for Africa and Asia are usually very similar.
