I have 2 kids and one of them is smiling on the picture. I am the one who us applying, and I do not want them to get the visa but I am putting them because they are my legitimate kids that do not live with me. My pic is correct, with no smiling and for the other kid the same.

Thanks for this information. However, i don't it's a requirement to have a marriage certificate before the date of application. I know many people who didn't have but got it later and were given visas. Infact very few people have certs. I have seen married people without certs who indicated unmarried getting caught at interview and kicked out.
Those were in customary marriages in which case they can get affidavit later and register the marriage since customary marriages are legal in Kenya. Not all countries accept customary marriages like Kenya and in that case if you are from the other countries that do not, how will you register come we stay? This is referring to just people dating and applying as married coz they live together but are not from a country that accepts customary marriages. You have to look at the whole picture beyond Kenya.
And doesn't it affect me when I'm to use my own mobile phone to fill the form. Thanks

The candidates are randomly selected. The location don’t matter. You can have 50 people from one place win or have no one win. Its random selection so anyone from anywhere can win.
