Biding just means to place your ask, sometimes if you be $10-$20 below the buy now sellers can accept it and you get it cheaper

Normally a seller has 2-3 business days to have an item shipped. If the money he’s the left your account after that you may need to get in touch with StockX

Usually stockx gives sellers 2-3 business days to ship out the shoes and after that they will cancel the order
We recommend reaching out to stockx and asking them for an status update on your order

Shipping time is based on when the stockx receives the shoe. StockX themselves dont have the shoe in stock and are simply authenticators. So they first have to wait for the shoe to be shipped to them then after stockx receives the shoe they can ship it to you. Usually the turn around time is 1 to 2 weeks

Hey! StockX gives the seller a few business days to ship the hoodie to StockX’s authentication centers. Once StockX receives the hoodie and authenticates it you should receive a tracking number then

You have to put a bid first, try putting a bid around $5 above the lowest ask and usually a seller will accept
And that is only if the shoe doesn’t already have a lowest asking price. You can either buy them for what the price is currently at, or place a bid lower than the current price and hope that the seller accepts it.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out! Which shoe are you trying to purchase, and what size? Sometimes if the shoe is in high demand stockx has trouble securing a pair. You can always try putting a bid $5 lower than the ask to see if someone accepts
