The funny thing is that I was driving at 95 mph and I thought about the straps loosing up...and vaguely occur to me that I should check the "rack"...10 mis later the rack came off at 80mph...I guess slowly got loose...and also it is a 3 years old rack...I would at least check the bolts and give a tight on them...I install it back and I check the front rack that was goo and it did had some "play" on the bolts....so at least check and tight all the bolts ,,,however I would not go above 60mph with the gear on my car...I went to florida 2 times from Boston MA...But I put my gear inside of the car so I would save gas...Is easy for us to take a 15 mins ride on highway and hit those 80 + miles and forget what is in the roof of your car...never agin for me bud. lol
I’m extremely lucky to not cause a major accident on the highway too. So I have 2 800 flyers … one that I made several repairs to it… and the new one I got that I had on while the incident happen… now I’m using the repaired old one … I’m not sure if I’ll be able to repair the newer one.
Hey Rolando, how much ride time are u getting on the pro with the explore battery? Have u tried the sport? Trying to decide which battery to go with.. thanks
On the 800 flyer and riding at constant 12 gear I’m getting 45 to 50 mins and I weight 195lbs… I like to go fast non stop… when I started I used to ride for at least 1:20 mins… but I was going much slower. I have a friend who is 200Lbs, riding on an ultra and nano with a 1500 jet wing, riding at gear 3/4 and is getting out 45 mins… So it all depends on on you… how you ride, the style, how fast and so on. I like to go really fast… so the explorer gives me the time I want… I’m thinking on getting more into downwinding and surfing so I’ll have to get a nano. Again… lá depends how you ride
I agree 100% with you… the Insta 360 does not makes a water proof blue tooth mic… and I take the camera straight with me to the water… maybe I’ll start using a mic when I’m on the dry … then keep my talk to the minimum while I’m in the water… trust me I don’t like it either… I’m waiting for them to come up with the waterproof mic but they never do.. in case you find anything about it let me know… meanwhile I’ll use a mic before and after I ride. Thank you for the heads up… greatly appreciated

Amazing, I have BillieBars rack on my truck and was thinking of replacing the tie down straps that are 2 years old. Will do after seeing this video.
