Thanks for sharing that plumber/shirtprinter story. I am currently on my night job then I do prints during the day.
About the mystery, I think they are drips from thick emulsion coats

I use pressure washer too and it gets the job done, just have to be more careful around halftones.

Hey Cam, really interesting part about quitting your job. I'm at the pulling my hair out stage at the moment so working in my job until 4:30pm then printing from six to eleven. I'm changing jobs next week to just 4 days so it's a step closer to quitting. Just a little nervous to go all the way because the t-shirt business falls off a cliff here for winter.

When the coating was opened it was near the other screens. A bit flu off the cover and landed on the other screens.

Thanks for answering my question, i admire your ambition of a self running shop. My father has achieved this in his tax and accounting firm.

Cam when you dip you screen in the water after burning. What is the best tip to not have your emulsion dissolve? Am I not drying them right or long enough? Thanks Pat Black Heart Tees

How do you spray out an image with the pressure washer without ruining it?

Hey Cam love the channel and the content as it shows that in the printing game the struggle is real lol. Really love the way you show the small issues that can cause major headaches whilst printing. I have one ?/comment and wonder if you have experienced anything like it maybe a future video ;) When i wash out the image from my screens it looks to have washed the unexposed emulsion away perfectly. However when the screen is dry in some parts of the image where the ink will pass through there seems to be a silver like sheen. When the screen goes on press and start printing the part with the 'silver' sheen doesnt let any ink pass through. Have you encountered this at any stage and if so what the possible cause would be. When i reclaim screen and reexpose and burn image it may or may not happen again but in a different area. Seems it is a random thing. Keep doing what you are doing

Jessie was having a hell of a time with those small screens and screamed fuckkk!!!! and flung a bunch of emulsion across the room. That's how it happened

I don't disagree with you advice on when to quite the job ,but I think the best way to know if your ready is this...
If you are bringing in sales and have enough to pay ALL the bills at the shop AND home then you can quite.
Sure you can share a little here and there and maybe cut down to ramen only, but if you can't pay for shit then you are not ready.
