- Endurance Training is an important part of competition preparation, especially for floor. Here are a few drills and techniques which have worked well for me in the past to build my stamina enough to compete high level floor routines.

Thank you! I don't post as often any more as I have less time and I have covered most of the stuff I originally wanted to, but I will upload again as and when I find time/ think of new ideas! I update my other channel more regularly (roughly monthly :))
