How to Daisy Chain the New LEGO Mindstorms Hub w LEGO Spike

Andy was very disappointed to see the new LEGO Mindstorms only has six ports.
Eight ports would have been great, ten would have been ideal.
Why? Simply put... because more motors are better.
The only solution to this, was to interface the two hubs via a color sensor since there is no direct connection between the two.
The robot was built specifically for this purpose and it has 11 motors and one color sensor. It is not a sturdy build or bot but the intention was to test, learn and demonstrate the concept rather than building a solid platform.
The cables are also way too short for anything of scale and this is very disappointing.
After two weeks of trial and errors we finally got it to work and this is extremely exciting.
