  • Here's a simple recipe for Chicken Karahi:
    Ingredients:
    - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into small pieces
    - 2 large onions, chopped
    - 2 large tomatoes, chopped
    - 2-3 green chilies, chopped
    - 1 teaspoon cumin powder
    - 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
    - Salt, to taste
    - 2 tablespoons butter or oil
    - Fresh cilantro, for garnish
    Instructions:
    1. Heat butter/oil in a karahi or wok over medium heat.
    2. Add onions and sauté until they start to brown.
    3. Add chicken and cook until it's browned and cooked through.
    4. Add tomatoes, green chilies, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
