First, let’s get into the machine appearance and configuration. The wire feeder is a standard part for the welding machine, but I think you need to prepare the welding wire. But normally, we will give customer a 8kg wire roll. The machine in this video is configured with Maxphotonics laser, S&A chiller, Relfar welding head and system.
We suggest shipping by sea, the total weight could be up to 200kg.
When you first receive the machine, please do remember to check the protective lens first. When checking the lens, please make sure cleaning surroundings and cover the empty drawer immediately.
Ground wire should be connected, and do confirm your power is perfect matched to the machine required power.
After power on the chiller, we need to wait for the temperature up to 22 Celsius.
Currently, the Relfar system supports Chinese, English, Turkish, Russian and Germany languages.
Connect to gas, nitrogen or argon, please don’t use compressor air or other gas that is not allowed by suppliers.
