I have a girlfriend who speaks Spanish . Can those earbuds buds translate a Whatsapp voice voice message for her ?
It was a matter of time that a company make it right. I believe the only thing is still missing is that the earbuds automatically detect and switches to others’ languages, that would complete the experience
Maybe faster speed as well

Dude this is awesome. I work with a co-worker who only speaks Spanish and I mean she has to see by the look on my face I have no clue what she's saying when she's talking to me the whole full conversation. I know enough Spanish to maybe kind of understand what she's trying to tell me combined with her hand movements. This would make work so much more easy. I want to have to stand there just looking like a deer in the headlights and I'm not understanding what she said.

Hello I need help with my Samsung galaxy SM A032F/DS it doesn't features that allows an app to appear on top of other apps. I agently need help please help fix it
If they can find a way to make this an app, where we can just pull out our phones and start talking, I think this would be promising. The earphone idea is smart, but not sanitary. People don't wash their ears enough to be just giving my earphones to strangers!
Google Translate - it's free - and has a conversation mode that's identical to this. I lived in Japan for 4 months and every now and then i had to rely on the app (barbershop, dry cleaner) - worked like a charm. I purchased the WT2 Edge and it hardly works at all. The microphone picks up your speech for a few seconds then it abruptly stops working for the next 30 seconds. I tried it on another iPhone and it did the same thing. Perhaps I got a bad unit or perhaps this product is not all it is made out to be. I have a email and a voicemail into tech support and no response as yet. I packed the product up and am awaiting a response before I return the product.

I got mine from Amazon and had English and Greek set on earbuds but it failed bigtime to pick up and translate the correct meaning of what was being spoken. I dont know if I had a faulty purchase maybe I was just unlucky. can anyone say what the 8 offline languages are and what is this Fish Card

Why do you cut and edit out all the pauzes? That’s the main part of the review I wanted to know.. to see how fast it works in a convo.
The tag of 300 euros seems excessively steep given its utilization for just a few minutes during a vacation each year. Essentially, it's a real-time translator for a phone call. Considering that almost everyone already owns an in-ear device, the additional hardware appears redundant.

Yes, I just got back from Rio de Janeiro and worked OK, I have had the WT2 Plus for a couple years, this new upgraded version looks much better, I will buy.

What about watching tv in a foreign language. I've tried apps like Google Translate but they can't hear the tv sound so enough. If these can be used to listen to lectures, can they also be used to translate an hour long tv show as it plays on the tv.
Yes my Thai girlfriend and I watch Thai news and it would be fantastic if I had the translation rather than asking her that there's reader is saying.

Just got them and testing them, honestly, this review seems a bit misleading, there is a real noticeable delay until the translation is complete. More realistically, you say a statement/sentence, wait up to 3 seconds, then it starts to speak into the other earphone with the translated language. In this video, most of the time, you can see that the video has been edited, my assumption is to move faster in time to make seam more 'real-time'. This is not the case, I'll be doing a real review video of this with a stopwatch and audio output from each channel in real time so you can see the delays.

One ear will hear the language you speak ( no ear bud) the other ear will hear the translation. Doesn’t that negatively effect the experience hearing 2 languages in real time????must be confusing unless you block one ear off ??
