So actually if you notice, his sheathe is like her splitter attachment, that's why he pulls it out of the sheathe like that. (In the story I mean, obviously they mostly just did it for the visual of him drawing it out of the sheathe like a samurai sword, but it's still cool that they gave it a reason.)
I never knew a simple unsheathing could be so cool lol
I love how this episode is so different from most Star Wars stuff, but it has some familiar elements as well. Great episode and great reaction

His lightsaber is broken he is activated and then deactivated it too many times so he uses the lightsabers of other people to build his sheath his blade cannot deactivate anymore so he made a sheath out of the sith Lords he's killed

Lucasfilm said there is going to be a novel about the wonderer, apparently this takes place in an alternate universe. Visions is amazing your going to love it. 👍

He carries a lightsaber, but claims lineage to no Jedi clan, and pledges allegiance to no lord. Little is known about him, including his name, for he never speaks of his past, nor his regrets. His history is as guarded as the red blade of destruction he carries sheathed at his side.
As the galaxy's perpetual cycle of violence continues to interrupt his self-imposed exile, and he is forced to duel an enigmatic bandit claiming the title of Sith, it becomes clear that no amount of wandering will ever let him outpace the specters of his former life.
The reason he need that stick thing for his lightsaber is because his lightsaber is broken so it can't turn off at all
Btw, there is also a book about Ronin. He was a former sith, I think.

This one reminded me of the Berserk 2017 cg anime but you might be right on with the batman ninja guys, they might have done it.
he aint a jedi is more like a Ronin* sith lord that hunt down another sith lord due he change of mindset ( *Ronin Vagabond Samurai that lost their Daimo and code ) this episode is based on the movie Yojimbo that gives the inspiration to make star wars so is a full circle)
Apparently they are writing a book about this ronin sith! I'm hyped to read it.

Hey, guys! Would you consider watching episode 2 in japanese? (if you haven't already). The dubbed version doesn't do it much justice.
Unfortunately we've already recorded most of the episodes, and usually we watch all anime with the Japanese VA's, but with so many recognizable english VA's we decided to watch with english on the 1st watch through. But we will definitely be going back and re-watching with the Japanese VA's.
He could be a Light Sith if that term still applies.
Or Dark Jedi perhaps. We need more characters that fit in that grey area.

One of few channels that make actual reactions (lot of other channels, faking as of late and think people wouldn't notice, lol). BTW - I think JP dub is much better, especially in this series
