Here’s something’s Red left out:
- Victor has another brother, Ernest, who he abandons after their dad’s death to chase the monster
- Justine is a teenager (14-16 years old) who was raised by the Frankenstein family to escape her abusive mother
- The reason why the Monster is shot is because he tried to save a drowning child
- In the biggest twist of irony, Victor fears that the Monster will produce a super race, which was original plan: to create a species that would worship him as their God
Trust fund kid has a child out of wedlock and burns his entire life down trying to cover it up.
The family moves out before he burns the house

It... really wasn't specific. The "big fish in a little pond suddenly thrown into a shark tank" is an age old trope and *does* happen to a lot of talented and/or smart people when moved into an environment where they're no longer "the best" at what they do.
4:35 if you somehow didn't get the joke, look at the panel by itself with no context and replace the word "kid" with "cat"
or puppy.

Whenever I see a guy in the spiderman costume, I have the utmost desire to rip it off to check, if he's actually wearing something underneath (so thank you for the t-shirt comment).

Also, the monster was actually very very ugly, that was the whole point of his character, judging a book by it's cover. The monster was constantly described as incomprehensible, and even the monster agreed when he looked into his own reflection in a pool.

I like these videos, but I feel like since this and Dracula are (relatively speaking) more modern novels it might make more sense to put them under writer reacts rather than historian reacts. I know that writer reacts is mainly for trope talks so you don't really need to listen to this, it's just a suggestion.
