  • Biomechanics of Gait is one of the very important topic for BPT students and also very important chapter for physiotherapy practice. in this video i have explained time and distance varibles for gait determinants, which includes step length, stride length, step width, degree of toe out ,double limb support time, single limb support time , stance time, swing time and cadence calculation with demonstration of each technique.

      First year every subject is very important
      Anatomy- more importance give to limbs
      Physiology- all systems
      Biomechanics- full subject very important for career in physiotherapy
      Biochemistry- all the cycles
      Psycho/socio- try to understand these subjects and not mug it up. It will help to understand your patients in better way
