How do you get a foot to flatten out ? Does a stiff big toe contribute to the arch not flattening out? Or do the go hand in hand? I have insertional Achilles problem on one foot and my chiropractor says its a stiff midfoot. Any suggestions?

Very helpful video for beginners learning to observe gait! Side note: What car is that at the end?

Thanks for the kind comment and for watching our videos. Unfortunately, we have no idea what type of car that was but we found it and interesting way to end the video.

Sorry to hear about your health challenges. We would recommend finding a licensed and qualified physical therapist near you and make an appointment for assistance with your gait and recovery.
