Hello, If it's difficult then we have to handle the Hemiplegic limb and give necessary cue to the patient's brain. There are lot many ways to achieve this. The problem that you might be talking about will come when we will try to do this in a chronic Hemiplegic patient who has too much flexor spasticity in UL. Here I am talking about the ideal way a patient should be rehabilitated from the acute phase. If we can ensure good handling and sensory feedbacks then it is quite possible to do what has been shown by me in the video. I have my own Rehab center and we are using this technique to train extensor control in our patients. Feel free to discuss further on my WhatsApp 9410575949

Sir this techniques are helping very much but I have a question patient use his/her hip muscles while walking n when taking leg backward except using quadriceps or hems muscles coordination is missing there how we can improve this ??
