Thank you. About notes I don’t provide them. I prefer students to read from books. As you already understood concept from here you just have to read and correlate from books and after that if you want make your own notes.

Yes, depending on extent of deformity , we can give exercise, splinting or surgical corrections.
How to improve the antalgic gait..in patients
Various exercise protocols are there but most important thing is to work on the root cause of it
How to identify ataxic gait is sensory or motor?
To identify that we need to do sensory motor examination. If patient has difficulty identifying sensory stimuli but motor components are intact we consider it as sensory and opposite for motor

Not really, strengthening exercises for hip internal rotators and VMO can reduce such deficits

I think you should not worry about what people thinks. And yes if you are stressed because of that , try to visit a physio clinic near by and let them evaluate about your gait and find out how they can help you.
