These blueberries are absolutely delicious. I picked them in Andalusia Alabama at a blueberry farm. They were only a dollar per pound and you pick them yourself. I plan to freeze some of these.
Oh Ms. Brenda, dress accordingly light colored clothing but long sleeves to protect your self. Love nothing more than picking some black berries and blueberries. I'm trying to get used to it again but it sure hasn't been easy. I would love to be right there with you. I have never even seen a 🫐 bush. They are so pretty! That's amazing. I love picking berries. My grandmother had a big blueberry patch and we had oodles of them all summer! My parents had strawberries, and black raspberry bushes, so we had plenty of the yummy berries all summer! Great memories of picking!
My mother and I picked blueberries together when I was much younger in Michigan and they were out in a wooded area. I got poison Schumach everywhere on my body but the pies she made were mighty fine!

I went to a blueberry festival a little over a week ago and bought a box of 12 pints. I saw the blueberry pie recipe yesterday and I’m planning to make it today.
I picked some blue berries for the first time in my 65 years the other day. An elderly man down the road from me offered them for me to pick last week. I got most of the ripe ones off of his 4 bushes. They were so good. I froze most of them. Got to get out early to do anything outside here in Alabama. Isn’t that right Mrs Brenda?
I picked a bowl from my bush thus morning before the rain. I wash them & lay out on a large sheet pan on parchment paper, & freeze. Then bag them up & back in freezer

Love picking berries. It's a great memory of my childhood. I have 7 brothers and 3 sisters. We spent many hours together picking and laughing.
