Cleaning fees are a ripoff, especially when the old tenant pays to clean and you move in and pay to clean 😢What’s the security deposit for then🤷🏽♀️ We don’t ask questions and we don’t demand better so they take advantage.
I was asked to pay a cleaning fee upon moving in and the thing is it was done after I was there to retrieve the keys.

Great video on giving those who are moving a heads up. Some of those fees are ridiculous and seem like they just wanna charge what ever. What cracks me up is charging a cleaning fee to clean the apartment before you move in.

I live in California and have always loved going to Vegas since I was a kid. Now that I’m older, once I get my career finished I’m moving over there for a better life and future for my son.

If future Apt designers would consider adding elevators this would eliminate people in having particular preference on what floor level they would like to reside on. With elevators; easy up and down and access. I choose ground floor levels due to my bikes.
No one can afford these prices, yea there nice apartments. Rent is getting out of hand.

Brionna, why don’t you just buy a great townhome? Even if you stay for just a few years, you keep all that equity in addition to the equity as prices rise. You are probably a first time buyer and you probably qualify for up to 350k. There’s some amazing properties over here in Shadow hills for 315k-350k. 3 bdrm 3 bath, gated, pool etc. there’s one for sale here for 312k. If you want to leave you’ll get all your equity back +.
i've looked into buying and quite honestly with the interest rates its a terrible time to buy. I don't want to get ahead of myself right now. Im just now seeing improvement with my credit as well.
@@BrionnaNicole I get it. I got a great deal 3bdrm, 3 bath.. awesome view of lone mountain and my mortgage is 2100. There’s some great ones in here for lease too 1700-2000. Awesome dog park area
I was thinking the same thing! For the prices you can buy and keep that equity. I live in Queen Creek Arizona, live in a 3600 square foot single story for about $2200 a month. It’s now worth almost 1 mil so we have about 400k equity. It was shear luck during pandemic….
@@Sweetie_PieLo right? Even with interest rates you’re still keeping a majority of your money in equity plus value increases. It’s a big decision tho.. I understand wanting to wait until you’re ready.

Gas stoves aren’t hard to find in Las Vegas just depends what properties your looking at
Giving prices is useless because the prices change depends on what time your looking .
Every apartment is different an amenities .
Are law in Las Vegas for every rentals it’s 2 pets allowed only unless you have a service pet
If your paying more then 250 or 300 for pet fee anything more is to much .
How come in description you don’t have a list of apartments an address
why would I put the address when I clearly gave the names in the video and showed the front leasing offices so when you’re googling you know it’s the apartment. I’m not getting paid to promote the buildings. Also paying any kind of a pet fee is stupid when you’re already giving a security deposit in case of damage. Im just letting people know the basics of what to expect if they do plan on moving there. As for giving prices people are curious to know a ballpark amount so I included that and I also said prices change depending on the time of year. I lived in Vegas for a few years so I know how annoying apartment searching is out there.

i'm a bartender...thats how I can afford it. All the newer buildings in vegas are so called 'luxury' apartments...
