One thing I’ve always been curious about is if a juice bars menu pricing should have different prices for each product or they all should be the same. (I ask this because I am learning about targeted food cost percentages, COGS, and other menu pricing strategies (in relation to ingredients cost vs sales pricing). Please respond and thank you for the helpful information! 🙏🏾
Yeah, that is a good question. I may make a video about this, but in short, you will probably want to have some level of uniformity, this doesn't mean all the products will be priced the same, but slight variations, nothing that makes the customer feel like it is too unorganized.
