@@UrbanErvin People got used to watching video clips on their mobile devices - with their sub-par audio output. I never watch CZcams on a mobile device. Listening on a good audio system makes you want to watch more videos.
How long did it take for it to start acting up? Did you use distiled or tap water? I was considering getting this model over the Levoit because of how much more affordable it is but I don't want to buy something that'll break down within a year.

You can't add essential oils without causing maintenance issues, as far as I know.

There is a small pull-out tray/box in the bottom rear of the unit.

Is it safe to run this at 85%? Google says a room shouldn’t be over like 60% or else mold can form. Just curious your thoughts
Everything I've heard and read indicates that anything over 60% is uncomfortable (sticky, heavy air) and - yes - can encourage mold growth.
