I am so mesmerized whenever I get to watch him cook. It’s like I can’t pull myself away he’s so passionate and so fun to watch
A chicken stuffing I personally enjoy very much is made (mostly) of chestnuts, oranges and onions. Perfect in autumn whe chestnuts are in season.

LOL, yeah cuz that archive is going to outlast one of the biggest companies in the world... Google is not going anywhere in our lifetime. I do feel your intentions and get what you are going for but this IS the archive... you could download it yourself if you are worried, there are tools and maybe extensions for that.

I rub the chicken with avocado oil. It has a higher smoke point than olive oil and is a healthy fat.

The only thing I think I would've changed is making cuts into the lemon before stuffing it in the chicken so more juices soak into it. Other than that - absolutely perfect - 👌

One of your biggest fans here but here is a tip for you, put butter(or oil I guess) UNDER the skin, use your fingers to gently get under there and just shove it in there as far as you can without tearing. Then your skin wont be so flabby and unappealing.

I tried out the roast chicken once when I saw it in a prior video and it was absolutely delicious. I’ve also made just the stuffing on its own with some eggs thrown in. It makes a great breakfast.
These recipes are great! But I would never be able to serve them to my family since my kids have a medically required diet. Can you do some ideas in the future that follow the Low FODMAP diet? I would love some new ideas for my kiddos since they love trying new things!
We use a lot of the greens of green onion and leeks, chives as our replacement for onion and garlic 💞
@@cheepymcpeepy yeah we do that too. I know so many replacement foods haha! I would love to just see a recipe one day that I didn't have to alter or substitute something lol

I'd be iffy about cooking a stuffed chicken like that, since you're never going to get the inside of the stuffing that's had raw chicken juices soaking into it up to a safe eating temperature, unless you want to dry your bird out. I'd rather just roast the chicken as is and have the cooked stuffing on the side.
That stuffing does look delicious, though. I love chorizo.
