Don't understand how he's so unknown! My Lord I love his style
I have a new favorite guitar player.
You never disappoint Clive.
My new guitar hero - love listening and watching your playing
After a measley 54 years of guitar playing, I’m just so thankful to hear you play...
Brilliant, just brilliant.
you are amazing sir, i wish i could learn from you face to face
Terrific, nice warm tones.
I love it so much, thank you.
Amazing soft tone! like it!
Beautiful! Fantastic feel and dynamics.
Wonderful, very tasteful guitar playing and excellent sounding guitar!
I happen to be friends with the maker of Franklin guitars. I’m not at Clive’s level but I have been playing a long time and people don’t ask me to stop when I play nowadays. So I spent several Christmas parties in the shop with the builder playing his guitars. They are mellow sounding acoustics that are impeccably made. Most of them have a more Martin style tone and design but to my ear quite a bit warmer than most martins I have played. For context I currently play a Lowden 0-22 and Yairi dy-45
Wow, this is amazing. I didn't think that known music may be suprising to me yet, so much that makes me laugh in moments. Brilliant!
ohh ..sooo smooth!! love it! thanks
I think that this guitar most likely sounds so mellow because of Clive's jazzy touch on the strings. Another style played by another fabulous player would bring out other tones. It sounded somewhat different when Al played it. At least I think it was Al, if my memory serves me correctly. I think that it is a fabulous sounding OM! I'd surely love to play it.
So Clive will you buy me one ?....fine style you have...
Stephan Grossman used to rave about Franklin guitars. I can see and hear why...
Le me be the first to say--
fabulous!! tuning?
