@@anumathai5620 i personally prefer it because in addition to the fact that the story is quite different, you can read the descriptions and create the whole world in your mind, it is also very helpful because you can read what the main character is thinking or feeling, but in the movie you have to guess it. i begg you to read the whole saga, you won't regret it.
what I did was because my parents weren't such movies or books fans and are pretty old so they never read harry, potter. aNyways i had a movie night in 6th grade to watch the first movie and have all the snacks and butterbeer. Too bad I got so busy with school i didn't continue. Even sadder that we were all technically first years too since my school has 7 years. So we could've watched or had a movie night every year watching the movies in order. Hopefully, when I go back I could start a club and perhaps have movie nights every so often and watch the movies all at once every year. Thank god I'm a freshman so ill have hopefully three years to do this. You can say it was a selfish way to watch the movies since I couldn't afford to buy them and they're not on Netflix. But its always better with a big group of students. I their robes, drinking butterbeer, after hours watching harry potter.

I have watched this movie 🍿🎥 for over 20 years now and I am still in love with the storyline. I was 23 the first time and iny late 40's now. I find it comforting to remember how new the ideas were and the magical places it allowed my imagination to fly to.
I can’t explain how much I love Harry Potter I’m reading the book and Harry is the bravest person I’ve seen in my whole life and fun fact a teacher in the school used to live near him I swear 😯
I love the music of the Sorcerer's/Philosopher's Stone. ♥ Of course, no soundtrack I've heard has come close to matching Howard Shore's work on the Lord of the Rings.

The story got so dark and depressing after PoA and then there was all that stupid teen drama and angst in them, that's why I stopped relating to the characters, I never experienced any of that throughout my teenage years, I was never interested in drama and angst. I found the first three films better because that was during the golden age of childhood innocence and they were less complex than those after them, there was just something magical about the Golden Trio being little kids.

The story got so dark and depressing after PoA and then there was all that stupid teen drama and angst in them, that's why I stopped relating to the characters, I never experienced any of that throughout my teenage years, I was never interested in drama and angst. I found the first three films better because that was during the golden age of childhood innocence and they were less complex than those after them, there was just something magical about the Golden Trio being little kids.
